Service Description

During this time, we will go over your Intake Form, discuss your main complaints, go over your past medical history, medications, and prior work up. As a reminder, I am not actively practicing medicine, therefore, I am not your physician. I am here to act as a Breathing Instructor. However, because of my training and clinical experience, I can better understand your issues and help you navigate through the various complementary approaches to your condition(s). In addition, we will go over the theory and practice of proper breathing, that is nasal breathing and the Buteyko Breathing Method, the theory behind it and the studies to support it. It will be at this juncture that I will assess your level of breathing dysfunction and initiate some very simple breathing exercises.
